North Carolina Council of Chapters 2nd Quarterly Meeting

* The 2nd Quarterly meeting of the North Carolina Council of Chapters was hosted by the First Flight Chapter, LCDR Al DelGarbino (President), at the Ramada Inn Plaza in Kill Devil Hills, NC.
* The evening dinner on Friday April 1, 2016 was an exceptionally delicious buffet with a South Seas Luau motif.
* The Chapter guest for the dinner and the regular meeting on Saturday, April 2, 2016 was MOAA Deputy Director for Government Relations, CDR Rene Campos (pictured)
