The Friday evening banquet sponsored by the Durham-Orange Chapter was held at the Marriott. The featured speaker for the evening was Maj Gen Charles Dunlap, USAF-Ret. (cover photo), from the Duke University Center on Law, Ethics and National Security who gave a riveting presentation on "Hot Topics in National Security Law."
